How do I find and book a helper?
Post a service request describing what you need. Trained helpers in your area will apply. Review their profiles, ratings, and experience, then select your preferred helper and confirm with a payment.
Are the helpers vetted and trained?
Every helper on our platform goes through thorough background checks, ID verification, and professional skills training before their profile goes live. You can also see reviews from previous clients.
How does payment work?
When you select a helper, a small platform fee is charged via Paystack to unlock their direct contact details. You then agree on the service price directly with the helper. All transactions are visible in your dashboard.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If a service falls below standard, contact our team within 24 hours and we will work to resolve it, including arranging a re-service or refund where applicable.
How do I become a HelpHer helper?
Click "Join as Helper" and complete the registration form. Submit your ID and photo, and our team will review your application within 48 hours. Approved helpers receive free training before going live on the marketplace.
